How do I request a withdrawal?

To request a withdrawal of the money you won you first click the button named account and then withdrawal. We ask that you request the withdrawal to the same account that you made your last deposit from. If you used Zimpler/PaysafeCard when you made your last deposit we ask you to please make the withdrawal to your bank account via Trustly.

How much is the rake in Card games?

The Rake is different depending on the game and the blind levels. For Sit & Go’s and Tournaments the rake is the number to the right of the buy-in of the game (e.g. 10+1, where 1 is the rake). For Cash games such as Hold’em Joker there is a 5% rake being taken from the pot if the hand reaches the flop or further. Max cap for 2 players is €1(blind table 0.25/0.5 cap €0.5), 3-4 players €2 (blind table 0.25/0.5 cap €1), 5-10 players €3 (blind table 0.25/0.5 cap €1.5). For 21 Heads Up, the rake being taken from the pot is 3% from blind levels up to €1 and 2% for blinds level higher than that. 21 Hold’em has the same rake as 21 Heads Up, except there is a cap at €1 on all the different blind levels since the pots tend to get higher as a result of the bets being Linear.

When you play for real money, you automatically make progress towards getting achievements within the games. Each achievement is tied to an event happening in the game. For example, in the Sakura Fortune game, one of the six available achievements is titled I LOVE WILDS and is fulfilled by hitting Wild symbols during play. This game event needs to occur a certain amount of times before the achievement is completed. Each achievement has 4 levels. Bronze, silver, gold and diamond. Each level has its own reward.

Clicking on the token symbol whilst in the game will open up the achievements page. Here, you can see the title of the achievement, the description referring the game event, and your progress towards completing the current level of the achievement. The values displayed in your progress are dependent on your bet size. It will require less spins to clear achievements at higher bets than at lower bets.

As you complete achievements, you get their rewards in tokens. Tokens allow you to activate the Feature of the game (typically the Free Spins Bonus Game). You choose the number of tokens you want to spend, which dictates the bet size for the Feature. Pressing ‘start’ will give you free access to the Feature. The outcome of the Feature will be paid out to your balance. Some games have no Feature to trigger, so your tokens collected can be used on other games instead.
